Yes you can.
Our institutional partnerships grant institutions' students, staff and members with access to Enote Premium, but these agreements may expire or change after some time.
If you originally accessed Enote Premium via your institution but this access isn't available any more, you will see a message under showing that your subscription with your institution is no longer valid. Your Enote account will have been automatically moved to the Free tier.
First we recommend contacting your institution's administration to ask if they intend to renew their license with us. Otherwise, to keep accessing Enote Premium you will need to subscribe directly.
You can do this by taking the following steps:
- Navigate to the app screen.
- Tap Subscribe now:
- You will see a subscription screen from Apple to confirm your chosen subscription. Tap Subscribe to proceed:
Rest assured that soon as you upgrade, your library, imports, playlists, annotations and other work will be saved to the cloud and synchronised between all your devices automatically. Note however, that any files you downloaded to your device for offline access will need to be downloaded again.
If your institution renews their license with Enote later on, you will see a message to say Multiple Licenses Detected. This means you can quickly and easily switch back to accessing Enote Premium via your institution.
Simply cancel your own subscription in your Apple account, and your Premium access with your institution will automatically apply again. Please see this article for a step-by-step guide to cancelling your subscription.
