You can share general feedback or report bugs at any time by emailing us at help@enote.com.
If you use Enote on iOS, you can also share issues and feedback directly from your device by taking the following steps:
- Tap the
icon from any Work Page, or give your device a firm shake to call up a feedback window from anywhere in the app.
- Type your comments into the text field.
- If you can, add a screenshot or screen recording at the bottom of your screen to help show our team what you’re experiencing.
- Tap the
icon in the top-right of the screen to send your feedback.
Musical errors in our Digital Editions can be reported straight from the Score View using the icon. Please see this article for full details on how to report score misprints.
