Premium subscriptions to Enote are purchased through and managed entirely by Apple's App Store.
Apple generally do not allow refunds on purchases made through the App Store, but may in special cases. You can learn more about this on the Apple Support pages here.
Enote has no involvement with billing, payments or subscription cycles, and cannot issue refunds or influence refund requests.
However, we do offer every new user a 7-day trial to assess the app without payment, and clearly state that the trial will continue as a subscription after the 7-day period.
