All of the scores in our library have been hand-selected by our team of musicologists, who review all published editions of each musical work to find the most reliable modern edition - or editions - in the public domain.

Their selections inform our score digitization process, ensuring the Digital Editions you play from are constructed from the highest quality reference material. Critically reviewed Urtext Editions are used whenever they are available out of copyright.

The public domain scores selected by our musicology team are also uploaded to our library as Print Editions, giving you more reference material to study and faster access to music. When more than one Print Edition is available, you can select your preferred edition from the Score View.
