You can update your instrument, genre preferences or personal details at any time from the    tab:

Tap Edit Profile and follow the prompts to adjust your details, which help us personalize the app experience to your needs. Note that providing your name and date of birth is completely optional. 

If you need to change your email address or password, you will find options to do so further down the account screen. Note that if you signed up using your Apple ID, you won't see these options.
