Enote’s recording tool lets you capture your performance or rehearsal direct from the device's microphone, or import any existing recordings to your library for study and practice.
You can access recordings in two places:
1. From the Score View
Tap the icon at the bottom left of your Score View to launch the recording tool.
To begin recording, tap the button. When you have finished, just tap the icon. A new untitled recording will now be shown in the recording tool.
Tap this recording to start playback, or use the menu to rename, share or delete the recording.
You can also import existing recordings captured by other musicians or external gear to your recording tool. Just tap Import Recording and select the audio file from your device’s storage.
2. From the Work Page
The Recordings tab on the Work Page gives you another option for studying, managing and importing recordings of each work. Open the tab to see all available recordings:
You can listen back to the recordings you've made here, or use the icon to share or delete recordings. Note that it is only possible to rename recordings from the Score View.
To import a recording and save it here, tap the Import Recording button and select the file from your device. You can also import recordings from the My Imports section of
Keep in mind that audio files uploaded to Enote need to be less than 5mb.
