Every public domain score in the Enote library can be accessed by both Free and Premium users.

If you’re having trouble opening a score, check if any of these troubleshooting steps solves the issue:

1. Stuck on Subscribe screen
   The subscription prompts shown in our app explain the benefits of a Premium Subscription - but subscribing is not mandatory. You can exit the subscription screen and use Enote for free by tapping Continue without Enote Premium:
   
   
   
   
2. Opening a Premium score
   Note that scores marked with a    bubble can only be accessed by Premium subscribers. This allows us to pay due royalties to the copyright holder based on your usage of their material. You will need to upgrade if you want to open Premium scores.
   
   
3. Tapping the Download icon
   The    icon next to each score allows Premium users to save that score to their local device for access without an internet connection. To open the score, simply tap on the name of the piece:
   
   
   
   
4. Check your connection
   Opening scores requires an internet connection. Check that your connection is stable, and note that some corporate and school Wi-Fi networks may block content from unknown servers, which can stop our scores from opening. 
   
   
5. Logout and restart
   If the above hasn't worked, try logging out of your Enote account, restarting your device, and then logging back in to see if the problem is solved.
